1 Services Provided

Crafty Cleaning LLC agrees to provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as requested by the client. Services may include general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-on services as agreed upon.

2 Scheduling & Access

New clients will be required to pay 50% of total upfront to be scheduled. Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. We require at least 24/48 hours' notice for rescheduling or 50% of the cost of your clean will be charged.

3 Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of service requested.
• Price is subject to change due to conditions upon arrival.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, card, Zelle, check.
• Late payments may incur a fee of $25 for every day late.

4 Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24/48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50%.
• No refunds will be issued once the service has been completed. If dissatisfied, clients must notify us within 24 hours for resolution.

5 Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge.

6 Condition of Property

• Clients are expected to provide a safe working environment.
• Excessive clutter, hazardous conditions, pest infestations, or biohazards may result in refusal of service or additional charges. A minimum $150 biohazard fee applies to any job requiring biohazard handling.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
• Home must be tidied up before our arrival unless previously discussed.

7 Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If clients request the use of their own products, we are not liable for any damage caused by those products.

8 Breakage & Damage Policy

While we take great care, accidents may happen. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours. We will repair or replace items at our discretion if caused by our negligence.

9 Pets

Clients must secure pets prior to service. We are not responsible for pets that escape during cleaning. A $40 pet fee may be applied for an extensive amount of pet hair.

10 Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff.

11 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

12 Liability Limitations

Crafty Cleaning LLC is not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to faulty fixtures or improper installation
• Items not secured or improperly placed

13 Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control or marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared without consent.
